The unmanned vehicles that were deployed into Stalingrad, Kursk and Normandy during World War 2. It's either controlled by humans in the rear base or artificial intelligence installed inside.
First Modern Unmanned Weapons were developed in 1915 during WW1 and deployed in 1916, becoming gamechanger for Imperial Germany and the technology remained confidential due to the Treaty of Versailles before Nazi Germany salvaged the documents in 1936.
They were first deployed during Invasion of Moscow and done huge role during the Battle of Stalingrad and Battle of Kursk. During Battle of Kursk, it was the moment where German Teletanks and Soviet Teletanks clashed, making turning point on wars using drones after.
They reduced the casualties of German soldiers on front and earned the times for soldiers to escape when Germans retreated after defeat.
They were supposed to be defeated in April 1945 but instead surrendered in 1946 thanks to these unmanned vehicles bought some time for soldiers to reorganise for defence in their homeland. Soviets acquired most of their unmanned technologies after the war and it helped USSR's rapid development of drone technologies in 1950s.
