Orbian Academy operates on a "no borders" policy, so students are accepted regardless of their country of origin, with the condition that students stay out of politics and adhere to a non-disclosure agreement throughout their time in the school.
Rachida was part of a contingent of students sent by a certain Federation in spite of (fictional) events associated with the country. For Rachida, it did not feel to dissimilar from back home, being transferred from one boarding school to another, albeit she gets a government-sanctioned powersuit to "play" with.
Having brought up in a rather conservative upbringing, Rachida has a stoic and somewhat morose demeanor around her. Not one for socializing, Rachida often returns back to her dorms after class, only going out for her part-time job. Even her fellow contingent members see her as an outcast, not that Rachida cares about her reputation.
Rachida dislikes anything she deems "floozy", and trying to get her to "loosen up" is a major trigger for her. It is unclear what is eating at her, but she will be under the "hard" difficulty if one wants to pursue her as a love interest.
Rachida's powersuit is hinted to be a long ranged fighter with stealth capabilities, but details are classified by her country's government.
