森の蒐集家「永遠の安らぎ」
月光に照らされた花園で、
エルフヴァンパイアのアリエルは黒猫と共に横たわっていた。
彼の金髪は夜露に濡れ、尖った耳が僅かに動く。
永遠の生を呪いと感じる日々。
しかし、この瞬間だけは違った。
「君たちと過ごす時間こそが、僕の救いだ」
アリエルは猫を撫でながら囁く。
その指先に触れる柔らかな毛並みが、彼の渇きを忘れさせる。
花の香りが漂う中、彼は深呼吸をした。
吸血鬼の本能と、エルフの自然への愛。
相反する存在が彼の中で静かに共存している。
「永遠と刹那の狭間に咲く、矛盾という名の花。
もしかしたら、この矛盾こそが僕なのかもしれない」
そう思いながら、アリエルは目を閉じた。
