"A large blaze had been kicked off by careless poachers from the British colonies, one that had enraged Shere Khan. So much so that he akumatized one of their greediest into a pyromanic that reduced his comrades to ashes. The Seeonee Wolf Pack was busy helping with evacuations with the Bearers doing the heavy-lifting. Thus when they found Lungri, one of their own at the center of this, it gutted them.
Alexander transformed into Ladybug and de-evilized the human before turning towards Shere Khan, a troublesome sort but one he had hoped to see the best in. A leap of faith that the tiger spat on. The Moth Bearer tried to convince the pack to give him the Ladybug and Cat Miraculous so he may make it so this blaze never happens... by way of putting humans back in their place beneath animals.
Alexander could see no other way to reason with the mad cat and told his wife, Luri, to help get everyone to safety in his place while he dealt with Shere Khan. Mowgli was distraught, knowing that Shere Khan was blaming him for the pack going "soft" on humans, and tried to rush in to help his father. It took multiple warnings from Luri to fall back before she rushed in and transformed with the Bee Miraculous.
As Raksha, she stung Mowgli in the gut with her Vemon in order to ensure that he'd be still. But it stung her heart greatly to have wielded her power against her own son. Not her flesh and blood but one she had vowed to nurture. All she could do was carry Mowgli's body away to safety and give her husband one last look as he took on the traitorous Moth Bearer.
It was this alone that made her reconsider herself as Bearer but seeing Alexander limp home... only to die. That made the taste of battle all the more bitter. She would renounce Pollen and found herself focusing on the finer things in life, especially with her studies of medicinal herbs with Baloo.
It would be a long time before the demon herself would return to the fray."

So yeah, you know how Alexander‘s death was heartbreaking enough? Here’s my AU showing Luri having to physically knock out Mowgli from trying to help at his risk.
Angst. I makes fandom go around.
