I decided to post an addition to the works (illust/117831757 , illust/118389510)

A surfer girl crashed into the sea and lost her board. Rescuers found her unconscious and rescued her. They sat her down in a chair and began checking her vital signs, such as blood pressure and pulse. The rescuers put blood pressure cuffs on the girl and measured it. The cuffs were inflated very tightly, as the girl’s blood pressure had increased greatly due to shock. The first measurement showed blood pressure 179/115. After the second measurement, the blood pressure decreased slightly and was 153/105. In any case, the girl needed medical help and rescuers took her to the hospital.
