I don't know why I drew it, but it looks like something that could happen in JJBA.
My Tumblr friend terrific-togekiss suggested that it could be Josuke burying Rohan because he thought he was dead, only to discover that he's alive and well, with Josuke just shrugging off Rohan's question as to why he buried him.
