カツウ・無理Recently thought that making something in the Pokémon Dream World style can't be too hard, but the only time that style is ever used these days is like... the "on the ball" and "special delivery" cards. I figured recreating the background of the futsal cards is hard (also: having to draw a not misshapen ball) so I went for the delivery thing. Initially I just thought I'd make them with Wooper, but since I was doing the "delivery" I figured Delibird would fit better. (I later did sketch Wooper and some other mons too, tho. Iron Bundle I tried too, but it didn't look as good.)
Was a bit stumped what to do for the background, so I kinda combined the grid thing of the bidoof/charizard with the globe map thing from the pikachu card. It... looks a little awkward, but not super awful. I dunno what to do for the other special delivery sketches I made tho, I don't just wanna copy paste it like the official cards.
It's almost a little sad there's no practical use for this style outside of this; on the other hand the style isn't anything to write home about in the first place so of course there isn't.
