korblborpjust an idea i been fiddling with for the last week or two. former villain or disgraced superheroine returns to town after years away (partly in "old Doc Tanager's prison dimension" per a conversation she had with someone else, in my head), starts accidentally getting involved in incidents whilst wearing a puffy yellow jacket. she starts getting cheeky and buying different styles of jackets, before escalating severity prompts her to drag out her *old* suit and rework it. decided the first of her new "rogues gallery" is that Thruster guy i drew a few months ago.
details to be refined. maybe. especially the helmet.
