ICam2kBreaking the flow, I know. This one is also wholly new, so no datemarks here.
When I say that I miss drawing these two interacting together, I really mean it. The thing is, admittedly enough, I ran out of ideas for such potential scenarios (which worries me, they're practically the reason I kept going in terms of making AND improving my art) until something like this came in. Thought about that fine little quirk that Vector had from that japanese manual of Chaotix (that's exactly how the game is titled btw, just to clarify). It may not be much but it does feel like my groove is coming back in ever slightly.
Due to its simple basis and from the way I drew, I went in for a black and white comic book panel look (never thought I'd say that...).
The real hurdle actually came from writing the dialogue, specifically whatever Vector babbles on about. It wasn't easy cramming in that stuff. I could've put some more, but there's only so much a speech bubble can hold and I say that's a decent amount.
