A rare protocal to annihilate and crack planet's surface from Stellarian's government. After evacuate citizen and situlation is out of control. Starleader will order an annihilation of planet surface "OrderAnnihilation." Which sacrifile all history and valuable resorces from planet.
The order is rarely seen becasuse Stellarian is a xenophile. Beside, all plant have city shield, and populated planet even have planetary shield, which require ground force to take control and disable those shield.
