RIAA REPUBLIC is based on Republic of China(before the Chinese Civil War) and People's Republic of China(But there are no Communism).
Their Rival is EMPIRE OF VULPA(based on Ming Dynasty, Qing Dynasty, and Taiwan), and their Enemy is ANTARES IMPERIUM(based on Japanese Empire and Germany).
RIAA REPUBLIC was RIAA DYNASTY.
But Riaan Imperialists were defeated by Riaan Nationalists, and the imperialists fled to Vulpan Islands and founded the EMPIRE OF VULPA.(1895)
Riaan Nationalist Party(大日阿阿國民黨) founded RIAA REPUBLIC in 1895
Riaans and Vulpans have Chinese culture, but they speak Ursan(Romanized Russian).
Because When ANCIENT RIAA were destroyed by ANCIENT LIBRAN EMPIRE, Librans removed Riaan(Chinese), and Riaans were influenced by their northern neighbors(FEDERATION OF URSA)
