TerickelI've known I wanted to do a fire side and ice side sort of creature for a while, but I've struggled with putting much of a spin on it that it wouldn't just end up a generic example. Today the thought hit me that mammals are generally best at thermal regulation and a distinct minority of kaiju, so why not try something that way?
I do have the idea of a center that can spin the heads around so they create a sort of local storm from the wild temperature fluctuations, but it might be a bit too silly to keep.
I'm not confident enough in this yet and feel it needs some revising, but I do intend to have one of the meteorite monsters be something like this.
