It kinda looks like a watch, but in reality, this device makes you shapeshift into any alien you pick by slamming the reacher. Though the sad news is, you need to use a master controller to do it, cause one alien you pick only wears off in a few minutes. The one who owns his omnotrix is his go on a vacation kid name Ben Tenmyson, but with the watch I think he calls himself Ben 10 as a sort of superhero name. Ben uses the watch so he can help people and stob bad guys from taking over mankind, he even fights space baddies too.
