[Axel F] manifests as a creature made from air pumps, tanks, and other air storage devices. As a humanoid stand, it moves independently and shares its senses with the user. It may travel up to 50 meters (164 feet) away from its user and retain full power.
Abilities:
Pool Toy Creation - The ends of [Axel F]’s arms are a pair of nozzle-like appendages. If these appendages pierce an object, the hole made will manifest an air valve similar to those used by pool toys. The object is then transmuted into an inflatable version of itself (EG A shack pierced by [Axel F] would turn into a bouncy castle). Inanimate objects transform instantly, but living creatures may take up to a minute to fully transform. This transformation is lethal to living creatures.
Pool Toy Animation - Upon touching an inanimate pool toy, [Axel F] may imbue it with life energy, animating it. Animated pool toys are loyal to [Axel F]’s user. If the animated pool toy were previously sentient, it would take on a personality and identity similar to the original.
