LancStalingrad is a dedicated soldier, with a no non-sense personality. Moskva is more relaxed and erudite like - a reference to the various academies here (notably the Academy of Sciences of the Soviet Union). The emblem on her hat is based on the Monument to the Soviet Constitution in fact. Arkhangelsk follows the path of predecessor has she "grew up" hearing the stories of the Royal Knights and Leningrad is a bit similar to Trieste, a hard working girl who will give you a hand when it comes to the paperwork - her design is loosely inspired from the many drafts of Trieste (https://x.com/FoxRomana_0/status/1505829877919862786).
Soviet sources say that the third ship was to be named either Kronshtadt or Arkhangelsk, I decided to go for the latter as there is already a Kronshtadt in-game and by the time Arkhangelsk was laid down, Royal Sovereign was already returned to the British. The fourth ship, as indicated, was never laid down or named. I decided to go for Leningrad due its name and important role in naval shipbuilding and WWII.
There is also a variant where the lining of their capes and coats is white - I was curious to see how it'd look like I colored it. It's pretty good too.
