BIO:
Found in the waters of Indonesia, Khrylarah have been under inspection by Eco-K for a long while. Not a new discovery, but the first time a breeding pair has been observed.
While preparing to mate, the male will gather land, fallen trees, and carcasses into a single mass, and present it to the female. The female will then appraise the mass, and if good enough, she will mount the mass, and they scout out a a suitable location for them to place their mound. Due to this behaviour, Eco-K supposes that the Khrylarah have an important role to serve for soil nutrient cycles, as even once the young eat their way out of the mass, some is left behind, and much of the outermost layer is consumed by local animals.
Whilst monitoring the pair's search for a suitable spot they were observed being attacked by an unknown kaiju, Eco-K also learning that to defend the future nest, the male will spin around, whilst the female whips her tail back and forth to deter possible predators. The female's tail proved to be quite an effective deterrence.
