BIO:
In regions where the KDF, Eco-K, nor The Ascent are capable of covering, these usually impoverished regions are forced to get creative. Instant Machines, a they became known, are mechs usually built off the frame of construction mechs with combat parts added on. Named due to their quick construction, they're pretty fragile despite their combat intentions, though this fragility can work in their favour, as parts can quickly be swapped out to repair any damages.
in the regions where Instant Machines have popped up, their pilots tend to become local celebrities, for better or worse, and have even gotten into brawls with other pilots. This in itself has lead to a schism within instant machine communities. Those who enjoy them as local protectors when larger kaiju organizations can't, and those who just want to see two slapdash robots beat the crap out of eachother.
Curiously, some of the top pilots have been scouted by both the KDF and The Ascent, leading to conspiracy theories that both organizations purposefully don't protect those regions in order to work as free scouting for new pilots.
