ChuckWagenWhen I made this Mermay-themed fanart a couple of days ago illust/119120880 I got a long list of Mermay-themed requests from "ArtChick42" of DeviantArt. I told her I had to wait until next year to try and make them all, but I decided to start with this one because there's still a few days left in the month.
It features two of the characters from the Care Bears franchise, my favorite of the Bears Love-a-Lot and Cozy Heart Penguin of the Cousins.
