LancKronshtadt's little sister :3
I based her design on the numerous concept arts of Kronshtadt and decided to go for the WoWs route where she sports 15" German main guns - there were plans to fit the class with them as Soviet industry struggled to provide large caliber guns. The WoWs version shows a post WW2 Sevastopol with modern radars and secondary artillery - notably the AK-725.
(And no, it wouldn't be Sevastopol II or some shit because Sevastopol, the dreadnought, was renamed "Parizhkaya Kommuna" in 1921 therefore freeing the name for another ship and was still in active service when Sevastopol was laid down. Ironically enough, Parizhkaya Kommuna would outlive Sevastopol - the latter being scrapped on the slipway in 1947)
