The reliable, newly appointed captain of the NSS once made her way to Inkopolis with nothing but the clothes on her back, grit and boneheaded determination - only to quite literally throw it down the drain to follow a kooky old man.
Though Ada may have regarded that decision as stupid in retrospect, that serendipitous meeting had, in a roundabout way, nudged her to exactly where she needed to be in the end.
(Rumor has it she is the adopted third Squid Sister who can often be spotted accompanying the eponymous duo from time to time, but surely that's just tabloid news...?)
