RaoKuraiFriend from before strikes again! This time a comm of zmd!melanie (a ditto) as a shiny eevee phasing between all eons at once!
Turns out painting is easier without char interactions haha; but i'm still figuring out the kind of detail i want. at least i understand the process..!
