NinniHeiRufus has probably run off again and Tseng has just found him. Tseng said they had to leave quickly because it was about to get very dangerous here.
But Rufus wanted to have some 'fun' and didn't move - and now they're in trouble.

Also I know Tsengs hair would be much more blowing in the wind that is caused from the explosion, but I wanted him still looking nicely π
