Danny Phantom Head Swap

In the theme intro before every episode of The Fairly OddParents! plays, there is a running gag, where Vicky's head gets swapped with something else. I realized that her head never got swapped with Danny Phantom, which happens to be The Fairly OddParents! creator, Butch Hartman's other show.
