Polaris For YouCurrently my players just met Lanna and Ami in Canerd and were introduced to the Blue Grays. At the moment, they are standing right in front of the Tormentor of Black Five and are preparing to fight it. After that, they'll travel to Selumna to lay one of Rena's close friends to rest. She was killed by the same Tormentor 7ish months prior and it made a point to visit Rena and taunt her a few times. Rena has a history with this thing, which the players will learn the extent of as the fight winds down. Rena will be ready to land the finishing blow, when the Tormentor says something to her. She loses any semblance of control and proceeds to punch it to death, turning its head into a bloody pulp and shattering her right hand in the process while terrifying Ami and Flaxen. It's a rough time.
After getting her revenge and laying her friend to rest outside Selumna, they'll head for Gracemeria. Meaning Alma is right around the corner. I'm still very happy with Indigo, Leena, and Red's V2 references. But I wanted to make one final pass over their base appearances with V3. So here's Indigo's most likely final base reference update. I tried to work her katana into it this time since her in game art has it and it is a substantial part of her lore, with mixed results. I have enough solid options that once again I'm happy with how she looks.
So enjoy yet another Indigo post, and expect Leena and Red next.
