Merlina's underwater peril

Here is the third commission request that was made for me by JettBeat from Deviantart. It's Merlina once again and she's taken the underwater plunge. Her staff is there but it seems like she drowned before she could get to it. Adding to the fact she was gagged as well, makes her situation even more hopeless.
