[Original description]
Made this about a week ago in preparation for mothers day and since my dad warned me about it along with all the crazy crap that happened to all of us due to the tyrannous negligence of our Oppressor-in-chief Trump, the coronavirus. Creation wise, this is my 15th TXC short made while the other one "Touchy of Spice" was my 16th one (ironically speaking with teen humor with the teen PRuff's).
Still utilizing the headcanon of the Ruff's being foster sons of Ms. Keane, along with my personal preference of Craig McCracken's Ruffs instead of Randy Myers' Ruffs from the show (it's my choice like yours) along with a different narrative and after the Ruff's seen the light and changed for the better, they show their appreciation for their foster mother after they truly left their two evil fathers for good and was completed with the missing ingredient of their concoction of Snips, Snails, and Puppy Dog Tails.
As the Professor stated in Season 4 Episode 10, Knock It Off, the mixture of Sugar, Spice, and Everything nice (or in this case with Snips, Snails, and Puppy Dog Tails) with the additive of Chemical X was correct, but their was one ingredient that was missing; Love.
Sure, there were some bumps along the way, but as time progressed, patience would be rewarded and a loving family would be born...
Personally; this was not only made to accommodate mothers day in general, this is also a mothers day card to my mother. She's been through hell too because of the coronavirus, made rather worse with her asthma and recent use of official medical leave of absence from work. She's fine and so far has shown no signs of infection, but still I worry...
This was a heavily modified rework and retracing of HMontes's original work that was on his old account and used on the defunct Rowdyruff.net that was a father's day picture with the Puffs and the Professor. I just swapped the Puffs with the Ruffs and the Professor with Ms. Keane, and adding narratives. Great work HMontes!

[New description]
One of my artworks involving some mother son time, Ms. Keane with her adopted triplet sons, the Rowdyruff Boys. One of my adorable pieces.
Like I said before; the Boys were missing love in their concoction that would've made them perfect little boys. Ms. Keane was the one who gave them that missing ingredient that ultimately perfected them. How? I have an idea on how, but I need to get back into finishing THAT project.
