CRESCENT MOON LYUDMILA
It seems that there has been some "under the table" deals between Crescent Moon and various countries across Val Meridia, where Crescent Moon provides "support" in exchange for exclusive scholarships given to students of said countries to join the enrolment within campus.
Lyudmila Belikova is a student who enrolled into Crescent Moon under these "exchange deals". Lyudmila's family grew up in Siberia before the Belikovs moved westwards for their older daughter's education. It was never clear how Lyudmila, who lacked any magic potential, ended up being selected, but that was exactly what happened.
If there is one thing that Lyudmila is known for, it's marksmanship. Since young, Lyudmila has always been handy with a rifle, and has represented Crescent Moon in various shooting competitions. Outside class, Lyudmila rarely socializes, as she always felt like an outsider due to her lack of magic potential and her distinct accent. Her first "real" friend was Ysalia Lyn, who was the first to accept her for who she was rather than for her shooting (although Lyudmila had to warn Ysalia against trying to lift her shirt up).
