No character sheets to these two as I don't enough ideas for the time being (sorry). That being said, I like to picture Kentucky as an historian and more precisely, a linguist while Illinois is kind of a schemer that'll pull some strings to give you additional resources when returning from a sortie. She'll also display blood knight tendencies under her SCB-19 (AA BB) configuration, akin to Legion from Titanfall.
