ZarokoMy fellow artists who have drawn Katress, how'd ya deal with Katress' wierd purple under fur on thier lower cheek and chin. Do you copy it as is or do you remove it and perchance replaced with the white under fur?
Palworld designs, we all obviously know, are just a hudgpudge of pokemon design conventions with the occasional original designs but shamefully Katress (my beloved) is not the latter.
Many of the Pal designs are just Frankensteins Pokemon designs knit together and some more blatantly obvious. Symptoms of these are the wierd design features of some Pals this one being Katress' out of place purple chin.
One would think it's just the off color under fur of furry characters that which mimics the white underfur of animals but just purple. However that is not the case. Katress purple underpatch does not extend to her chest, thus coming to conclusion that it's some wierd off color underpatch.
Many Palmon designs are just lazy Frankensteined Pokemon designs that the devs had someone just quickly put together but this wierd underpatch has given me stinking suspicion to that one ole Twitter allegation that these Palmon designs were based of AI generated images.
But eh, i just wanted to point out some wierd design choice thing from one of my fave Pals. What do y'all think? Fellow artists? Conspiracy theorists?
