This is how I imagine it is for my elf character, who gets downed so much in SR.

"The idiot overcasted his lightning bolt! He's way over his physical track!"
"He took an enemy runner's fireball to the face! Intense burns to his abdominal."
"Shit, he's stopped breathing!"
