Finally I have decided to upload my painting of Cirno on the steps background that I had previously uploaded. I'm really glad that I didn't upload it right away. There were a couple of things I decided to change not only with Cirno but with the background as well. If you compare the background from this painting to that of the old upload, you'll see that I have added a blue hue to the snow shadows and also worked on some rough areas over all. As for Cirno, the main area that had me concerned were her ice wings. I had some blue hues that didn't look right. Now it looks much better.
Strangely enough, I think this might be my first time doing a piece on Cirno despite liking her design.
