So in terms of personality, he is largely unchanged, save for increased maturity. He is still a very friendly, highly affectionate and sociable young man. And as a bonus, he finally learned to keep his drooling in check! For the most part.
However, all the patented "rebellious energy" every teenager seems to come packed with had to go somewhere. So at night, Oliver often moonlights as his alter ego, Mamba.
Now, Mamba is essentially a delinquent/influencer who somehow managed to amass a sizeable following of gangsters and delinquents. Though rather than take over the town with violence and intimidation, Mamba's gang seems to do mostly volunteer charity work around the community, albeit with a more abrasive, delinquent-like edge. Of course, if another gang shows up trying to cause trouble on their turf, Mamba's gang will not hesitate to throw hands with the opposition. This is in reflection of Mamba/Oliver's personality and outlook: He is a lover and not a fighter; but if other options are expended, he will enforce peace by whatever means he can.
