Latios

Dragon number 5 for #adragonaday is Latios!
I was originally just planning to draw Latias for my Year of the Dragon self challenge, but I couldn't bring myself to just do one of the Eon Pokemon.
That's like peanut butter without jelly, or rice without curry!
