CodyTheHousoIchiban Kasuga is upset at his Uber driver (who happens to be Zhao) after he took the Kinka Bridge to get where Kasuga needed to be. After being insulted by Zhao, Kasuga calls Saeko to ask her to give Zhao a negative rating.
This render sequence is actually a recreation/parody of a scene from Season 6, Episode 2 of the crime drama TV series Power, where Tommy Egan gets pissed off at his Uber driver for the same thing (although it was the Queensboro Bridge the Uber driver took Tommy over).
