What we have here is a little plot that Serena and Bonnie planned together in order to get Opal and Clemont under the mistletoe. While Serena went the more subtle route and tricked Opal into standing underneath it, Bonnie just outright pushed Clemont underneath. Wally is very clearly not a part of the plan, judging by his reaction to Bonnie's actions!
This is a holiday special art for Pokemon: The Delta Chronicles, a Pokemon fanfiction that revolves around Serena's journey in the Hoenn region. Opal, who goes by the pseudonym Opalline in the beginning, is one of Serena's friendly rivals. Serena is always trying to be there to build up Opal's confidence, which has been shattered more than once in the past and the present. Opal develops a crush on Clemont after seeing how kind and brave he can be, but finds herself unable to put those feelings into words. Serena and Bonnie take the opportunity of a Christmas party in Verdanturf Town hosted by Drew's cousin to try and get them together, but it doesn't turn out exactly as they hoped it would.
