Kei Ishizaka is a female manga artist from Nagoya.
After graduating from high school, she entered an art university and obtained a teaching license, but instead of becoming a teacher, she became a disciple of The great Osamu Tezuka.
“Shimokita na na izumu”was her first serial manga, drawn when she was 23years old.
“Shimokita" refers to Shimokitazawa in Setagaya Ward, Tokyo.
”Na Na”means familiarity and a lax attitude.
