Hybrid55555Being the only Dhampir child of Dracula, Alucard does not approve of what he is doing to the people of Wallachia. In the Netflix series Castlevania, Alucard is seen in the first episode, but his face isn't shown until episode 4. In episode 1, he wields this sword against his father and then Trevor Belmont a year later. This sword is excessively long, possibly longer than Alucard himself, but it's strong enough to cut the blade of Trevor Belmont's shortsword after a fight, resulting in a stalemate. He is also shown arming himself with the weapon when joining forces with Belmont and Sypha, to deal with Dracula's hellish army.
By season 2, Alucard demonstrated more of his skill with the sword, even demonstrating the weapon itself possesses powerful magic. This magic is able to withstand even that of Dracula himself. When the magic is in use, it can demonstrate the ability to generate a blue fiery effect around the blade, powerful enough to kill anything it touches.
