She may be D tier in meta, but she's S tier in my heart; however shattered it may be at this point.

You know the Metal Gear Solid 5 scene where Venom Snake screams at the sky? That was me after playing through this scene.
Emotions aside, this event is definitely on par for Mica's style of writing and is just a damn good story overall.
