Story by me...
Many decades ago a tuner lived in the Lakeshore. He had a huge potential in tuning cars, but his skills were never recognised by the others.
They all said that the cars he tuned were very unstable. It had huge power but collapsed easily.
He tried to prove himself many time, but failed.
He decided to do an impossible tuning: 350kmh(217.5mph) in a fairlady.
Even in today's standard, this kind of tuning is impossible, not to mention in his time.
He bought a stock fairlady Z, and locked himself in the garage.
Few years later, a midnight blue Z rolled out from the garage.
906hp, 973Mn, it is a beast. The best tuned car in his life.
He used to show his tuned car in car show, but after failing to be recognised, he knew that the best way to prove himself is to drive it on the highway at the max speed.
It was in the midnight, he drove the Z on the highway.
He stepped on the pedal.
3.5s seconds to reach 100kmh(62mph), then 150, 200, 250, 300, 322kmh(200mph)
Finally, after 30 seconds of flooring it, it reached to 360kmh!
The wheels were burning, the engine echoed on the highway.
Other drivers saw a blue Nissan burning in an insane speed.
Soon it crashed in the tunnel.
The tuner was dead, not even a complete corpse. The car was burnt into wreck.
The witness claimed that they saw the tuner smiled as the fire eating him.
Soon the incident was forgotten, until recently there were rumors about a speeding blue Nissan every night on the highway. It was so fast that even a Lamborghini couldn't catches it.
Many street racers speeding at the night, trying to race it.
The Z appeared fast, also disappeared fast.
Many tried to catch up, but all of them crashed and dies.
Everyone thought that the blue Z's driver was a skillful person until someone found that news of that tuner.
At first they all thought it was just someone tries to recreate his Z, until they noticed that all those who tried to recreate it encountered mysterious death.
Everyone thought that it was his ghost haunting the highways.
As the news spreads fast, the LSPD announced to stop the ghost car.
They sent out all units during the chase.
They failed.
All cops cars were wrecked, burning in flames.
The Z wasn't even stratched.
The head officer resigned.
Few months later a recording of the police chatters were uploaded on the net, which shocked the racing society of the city.
"It is killing like crazy! Argh!!!!(death silence)"
"179 was down, I repeat, 179 was down."
"Sir, there is no one in driver seat! THERE IS NO ONE IN DRIVER SEAT!!!"
"HE IS DAMAGING MY CAR!!! ARGH!!!"
"RETREAT!! RETREAT!!"......
The recording also features an private interview from the only survivor, who is locked up in a mental hospital.
"I saw it. Demon wings, it has demon wings. Right before it vanished"

The LSPD claimed that it is fake. However, everyone know the answer.
The Devil Z continues to haunt the highways of Lakeshore, even now...
