I got the idea after seeing this video short where in a world where Chichi inherits her father's gene and becomes an Amazon Princess- https://www.youtube.com/shorts/3P_v-5To-PY and fighter as she enters the 23rd Tenkaichi Tournament to face Goku and fulfill her proposal when they were kids to get married. Though Goku's saiyan blood is in overdrive as he starts to fall for Chichi due to her strength and size, to where he is too daze to even fight Chi chi until she punches him to snap him out and makes him remember the proposal they made when they were kids. It follows the anime with them fighting and both win, Goku might won the fight, but Chichi won her man.
I was thinking in this timeline, Chi-chi stays a fighter after seeing how strong Piccolo Jr was and their kids would need someone to help Goku and to protect themselves. Sure she would make sure her kids would study but be less strict about it. Also I did say kids as I was think she would have another child beside Gohan and Goten, maybe a daughter resembling Gine. Also, I thought her kids would inherit the size genes from the Ox King's bloodline making Vegeta jealous after seeing Karakot's wife for the first time, and she beats the daylights out of Nappa for nearly killing her son and causing the death of Piccolo.
