Lyudmila dressed up as Natasha from a certain RTS series, and is NOT in the least happy about the getup. Let's face it, you want to play a "realistic" war game, the Red Alert series after the first is not for you.
Natasha is a sniper commando with the ability to not only snipe through multiple infantry units in a line, but can also pick off drivers inside their vehicles. Against vehicles and buildings, she uses a laser designator to call in an airstrike. Asides the designator (which requires clearance), Lyudmila does have a similar portfolio to Natasha.
