This skin is based on Knight Artorias from Dark Souls 3.
Doomguy's suit has been stylized after Artorias' armor, with a base of the medieval Night Sentinel armors. The Crucible is redesigned after Artorias' Greatsword. The Doomblade is inspired by the Dark Blade from Dark Souls 3, and the shoulder launcher is casting a Dark Orb from the same game.
The shoulder launcher is also based on a cut concept design from Doom Eternal by Colin Geller:

Behind him, Sif takes the form of an Argenta spirit wolf.
