This is Léo and Alessia Schiavo... in a really fuzzy mood!
(Small fictional story)
Léo and Alessia Schiavo made their competitive Ballroom dancing debut here in Germany: German Open 2022 Professional Standard. They lost and could only reach so far: Quarter Final, after which Alessia ended up soaked in sweat like eel due to heavy dancing and being so nervy in her first competitive debut. But here, in German Open 2023, again in Professional Standard, they won big: At the age almost reaching 40, they defied the expectations and made it to the top 6. Thanks to the coaching of better-experienced Ballroom dancers, they were able to defy the age... for the time being.
Of course, if more real-life couples like Dusan and Valeria Dragovic, and Michal Le and Sandra Jablonska, competed here, this Schiavo family would be stuck at top 12 only.
