It had been finally done ｡:.ﾟヽ(*´∀`)ﾉﾟ.:｡
I started working on this in 2021, after watching the FGO STAGE -The Grand Temple of Time-, and to celebrate the release of the movie, Final Singularity (Apparently, I'm a Grand Procrastinator that I spent more than 2 years drawing this.) Even though I have read the story a couple of times through different media, the more familiar I am with the characterization of Dr. Roman, the more touched I feel each time.
This is my first time making a PV, and I know it'll take me a lot of time and effort (but didn't expect it to be THIS TIME-CONSUMING.) Therefore, I tried to make it to be meaningful in every detail as much as possible. For instance, the outfits I adopted from those costumes in the game, the animated parts that are not in the original PV, and the things in the background or held by the characters are all with sources. Moreover, I barely tolerate the simplification of their looks (Guess that's why I made the PV soooo slowly.) The part taken me the most time was the bridge, and the second was the 2nd verse since I wanted to depict lots of scenes from the final and 4th chapters in a few frames.
I've heard くるりんご's songs before coming up with the idea of this PV. Upon hearing the chorus about strawberry cakes and the lore of the original PV, the main character was destined to be Dr. Roman. Each time I opened the software to work on it was in such a different situation, the art style changed, and more mistakes were found; furthermore, I was too lazy to fix them. However, I still felt a sense of achievement. After all, I didn't give up during these two years.
I'll keep waiting for the day when I can say "Welcome home" to Dr. Roman (´;ω;`)
