KlopennClémenceau(french minister during 3rd republic ) create in 1907 the "brigades mobiles", a fast responsive police unit, well equiped and less dependant of administration. Nickname "brigade du tigre" come from Clemenceau nickname:"le tigre"(tiger). In 1974 a TV show is realized. While I was watching I've the idea of this "joke".
