This is a retouched photo by Raburadohl.
I took a photo of a poster at the railway station of JR (Japan Railways), and retouched the photo later.
The two large letters at the center mean like "retro railway(s)", and those around it are the emblems of the JR trains, I suppose in the past. Anyway, I didn't design the poster, I just took a photo and retouched it.
