GothicSkiesCommentary on Hurricane Lee, on the 7th of September 2023, he reached category 5 status with wind speeds of 160MPH, and in result of this, I went to draw them.. buut took my time.. which was not a good idea, thus what was intended to be a fully shading drawing turned into a cell shaded one.
This is the first time I used the new color palette, Im glad its not too different from before, just the skin tones are more noticeably different, this is also the first time I show a new database I made, with referencing and overlaying the NOAA outlooks, and from here on out, this will be the one I use for future commentaries, why I did this was in worry of breaking the rules on Newgrounds and Pixiv for using a screenshot of the original outlook, but I put the storms in their corresponding places.
