N-10 (Nio) Out of Water

Here is one of this month's freebies sponsored by @Wickedestcape3. This art is of N-10(Nio) out of water where her tail has compacted to a standard size. When in water, their tails swell with water and expel it as a form of jet propulsion from their mouthlike dorsal fins.
