Clothes2Accessory mod required. Contains AccStateSync mod data for the accessories. Material editor used throughout the card. AMBX (bone mod) used for the some parts. BR15 onward or HF patch should cover what you need other than AccStateSync.
First card's outfit arrangements are set up mostly for Chara Studio usage.
Second card can be usable for default story mode, and allows "unused" outfit slots for easier time editing or other purposes. However, I never tested story mode as I only use Studio, so tweak it to your desires.

Had to re-release it because Accessory States reads the AccStateSync data wrongly and the hairstyle toggle option is broken with this method.
If you have the initial released version and use Accessory States mod, you will need to either fix the hairstyle or just remove the last "long hair" accessory piece.

Free to edit and release improvements or your versions. I like seeing what others can do and welcomed to learning with each other for making better cards. Edits for releasing paywalled cards disallowed and prohibited.
If somehow these cards are found being sold for whatever dumb reasons, then you are being scammed because all my releases will always be free for everyone to enjoy.
