BigNutterRosaniya Blanc is Shelur's Girlfriend, and the younger sister of Georgina. Many years after when this "photo", Georgina appears in Bar Mage of the Golden Sea.
Rosa is Solen User, aka Magic. Her primary skill is "Far Sight". This has lead to her being part of the Town Guard, she see knows where someone is at most times. Due to "Magic Sight," she also quite versatile and has learned a long list of skills. These skills include Water, and Fire "bending," and Body manipulation.
